We don’t mind facing Sundowns or Baroka – TTM coach
With the Nedbank Cup quarterfinal draw set to take place on Monday evening, Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila insists they are ready for any opponent that comes their way.
TTM progressed to the last eight after the 3-0 win to ABC Motsepe League side Sinenkani on Saturday.
Assistant coach Ricardo Miriri, who was in charge due to the absence of head coach Luck Nelukau, says whether they get Sundowns or Baroka in the next stage, they will take the challenge.
“We are ready for all the teams that have qualified,” he said.
“We can’t choose our opponents. If we get Mamelodi Sundowns then we will face them. If we get Baroka then it’s Baroka. But we are more than ready for any team that we will toss against,” added Miriri.
TTM will face either Marumo Gallants, Mamelodi Sundowns, Baroka, Summerfield Dynamos, University of Pretoria, SuperSport United and Royal AM who have also advanced through to the last eight.
