Duo completes move to Sekhukhune

Cape Town Spurs star Abednego Mosiatlhaga and former Baroka captain Denwin Farmer have completed their moves to DStv Premiership club Sekhukhune.

Spurs recently bid farewell to Mosiatlhaga after signing for Babina Noko last month while Farmer joins from relegated Baroka.

The duo did their medicals on Wednesday at the club’s offices in Bedfordview.

The 27-year-old Mosiatlhaga cut his teeth with Bidvest Wits before spells with Stellenbosch and Ajax Cape Town.

He has been a key player for Spurs in the GladAfrica Championship and clinched the second-tier league’s Golden Boot award in the 2020/21 campaign.

Farmer, a 25-year-old defender, made 28 appearances in all competitions with two goals and an assist to his name. However, he sought a move away from Baroka after they got relegated to the first division.
