Hearts of Oak sign Sulley Muntari

Ghanaian giants Hearts of Oak have secured the services of former AC Milan winger Sulley Muntari on a one-year deal.

The 37-year-old formally retired in August 2019 but has since made a U-turn as he has come out of retirement to play for the Ghana Premier League champions.

Muntari has amassed 20 goals for the Black Stars in 84 appearances.

He was part of Inter Milan squad that won the 2009/10 UEFA Champions League.

The left-winger previously represented the likes of Portsmouth, Udinese, Sunderland, Albacete Balompie just to mention a few.

Hearts are currently fifth in the Ghanaian football top-flight with 10 points behind log leaders Asante Kotoko.
