Kgoloko Thobejane identifies Barokas’ biggest problem

Baroka head coach Kgoloko Thobejane says not converting their scoring chances has been their main downfall this season.

Bakgaga remain bottom of the log with only 10 matches remaining.

They have scored the second least number of goals (12), with Swallows scoring the least (11) the whole season.

Thobejane insists the club will throw everything they have in their last matches to try and save their DStv Premiership status.

“We just have to switch on and make sure we win our games,” said Thobejane.

“But most importantly, we have said it in our meetings that finishing guys, finishing on that final third inside the box.

“We need to convert, even if it’s one chance we need to use it. We need to keep our heads up, the games are still on. So going to Marumo we need to make sure we go all out again so that we can get those three points. So we will throw everything we have,” he said.

Baroka will face Marumo Gallants in their next match on Wednesday, 2 March at Peter Mokaba Stadium.
