Gauteng champions MM Platinum (La Masia) have been promoted to the GladAfrica Championship for the upcoming season.
This comes after they beat Eastern Cape Champions Spear of the Nation by 1-0 in the first semifinal at Olen Park Stadium in Potchefstroom on Friday.
La Masia have also secured a place in the final of the ABC Motsepe League national playoffs set to take place on Sunday at the same venue.
They await the winner between Magesi FC of Limpopo and North West University who will battle it out in the second semifinal at 15:00.
