Following the conclusion of group stage matches of the Sasol League National Championships Playoffs, Safa conducted the tournament’s semifinals draw which took place on Thursday.
All the semifinals games will be played on Friday, 11 February at King Zwelithini Stadium.
KwaZulu-Natal’s Lindelani Ladies who have been fantastic in the competition will host City Lads Ladies of the Eastern Cape in the first semifinal at 11h00 in the morning, whereas Croesus Ladies from Gauteng Province will face Vasco Da Gama of Western Cape in the second semifinal at 15h00 in the afternoon.
Vasco Da Gama qualified top of Group A after beating City Lads 3-1, while Lindelani Ladies knocked Ixias FC out with a 2-1 victory to top Group C with six points.
Croesus Ladies also finished top of Group B with six points after beating TS Galaxy from Mpumalanga 2-0.
Meanwhile, City Lads qualified for the semifinals as best runner up based on their 8 goals scored against the Northern Cape side Royal Wizards, who were the first team to be eliminated in this year national playoffs.
