AmaZulu cautious of desperate Galaxy

TS Galaxy will travel to the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Tuesday night for a DStv Premiership clash against AmaZulu.

While Galaxy are fighting for their lives at the bottom of the log, Usuthu will be aiming to consolidate their spot within the top eight.

AmaZulu defender Tercious Malepe admits they need to be extra cautious against the Mpumalanga side who need the maximum points at all costs.

“Of course, when playing teams that are at the bottom of the league you have to be very cautious because these guys are fighting their lives,” said Malepe ahead of the 19:30 kick-off match.

“We won’t see them as a small team and therefore it will be an easy game for us. It will be a difficult one because those guys will do everything in their power to make sure that they get maximum points because they are in need to be honest.

“We also need the points because we have been drawing so many games and now winning the CAF (Champions League) game has given us the momentum to go for another one it’s always good when we are winning games so it is going to be a difficult game of which we are ready for it,” he said.

The match between AmaZulu and Galaxy is the only Premiership clash taking place on Tuesday.
