A second half goal by substitute Thamsanqa Masiya gave Baroka a 1-0 win over Stellenbosch to advance through to the Nedbank Cup last 16.
Masiya scored with a few second after coming on at Danie Craven Stadium on Friday night.
Ealier on, KZN ABC Motsepe League club Summerfield Dynamos beat Uthongathi to also advance to the next round.
