Mamelodi Sundowns have unveiled former Chelsea scout Flemming Berg as their new sporting director.
Berg replaces Jose Roman Alexanko, who initially joined the Masandawana in September 2019 but left his post.
Sundowns confirmed Berg’s appointment during a media briefing at the clubs’ headquarters in Chloorkop on Monday.
The 49-year-old has been heavily involved with developing talent for the Danish national teams since 2015.
Berg spent seven years (2005 to 2012) as Chelsea’s chief international scout.
