SuperSport closing in on Tembo’s replacement

SuperSport United are closing in on Kaitano Tembo’s replacement with a deal likely to be concluded this week. FARPost has gathered that former Orlando Pirates co-coach Fadlu Davids is the front runner for the head coach position at SuperSport United.

Matsatsantsa have not had a permanent coach since the departure of Tembo towards the end of last season.

This publication has been reliably informed that Davids, who recently parted ways with Pirates, could be the man in charge come next season.

The source has informed this publication that the negotiations between the two parties are at an advanced stage.

The 41-year-old sent the past four seasons at the Buccaneers where he started as an assistant Coach before becoming co-coach alongside Mandla Ncikazi this past season.
