FARPost can confirm that AmaZulu have beaten Sekhukhune United to the services of striker Augustine Kwem from TS Galaxy.
Kwem is set to join Usuthu together with JDR striker Ishmael Wadi when the club returns for pre-season later this month. Both players join Usuthu on three-year contracts.
Two independent sources close to Kwem confirmed that the 24-year-old had bid farewell to his teammates at the Rockets and is preparing for his new life in Kwazulu Natal next season.
“Kwem deal is done. He is moving to Amazulu next season,” the source tells FARPost. “Wadi will also be joining AmaZulu in the new season.”
Earlier, FARPost reported that Veluyeke Zulu had signed for the Durban side. AmaZulu are also linked with Simba SC midfielder Larry Bwalya.
