Arsenal and Gabon forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has finally opened up about his heart condition after medical check ups.
The goal poacher put it on record that he is “completely healthy” after suffering heart lesions, having tested positive for COVID-19 upon his arrival in Cameroon for the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations.
The 32-year-old frontman took to socials to reveal the good news after his return to London.
“Hi guys, I came back to London to do some additional checks,” Aubameyang wrote on his official Instagram account.
“And I’m very happy to say that my heart is absolutely fine.”
The former Borussia Dortmund player also expressed his gratitude to all the people who showed him support after testing positive for the deadly virus.
“I’m completely healthy! Really appreciate all the messages over the last few days and I’m already back at it,” he added.
