Ralani bids emotional farewell to CT City

Bradley “Surprise” Ralani has issued an emotional letter as he bid farewell to Cape Town City FC, a club he played for the past few years.

In an Instagram post, Bradley Ralani thanked club chairman John Comitis for bestowing him with the opportunity to play for the Citizens.

Cape Town City FC confirmed they have reached an agreement with Mamelodi Sundowns over the transfer of Bradley Ralani.

The winger will join Sundowns on the first of January 2022 on a one-and-a-half year deal.

“Good Afternoon.Today I woke up with a heavy heart really sad but then excited at the same time,” said Bradley Ralani.

“Sad that time has flown by so quick and that it came to this moment where I have to say goodbye, goodbye to a club I will forever call home as it’s my first professional club in my native country that took the chance and believed in my talent, a club that had lil clue of who I was and what I can offer yet still had opened its doors in order for me to showcase my God given Talent.

“Excited that today after four years I leave this beautiful club as a well-known brand on South African shores, excited for the memories created be it good or bad it really built me and made me who I am today as a person and a footballer and therefore I wanna say thank you,” he added.

Ralani, 34, played over 115 games for Cape Town City FC, scoring 16 goals and provided 27 assists.

One love. I am City,” concluded Ralani.
