Saudi Arabian club keen to sign Aubameyang on loan
Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr have shown interest in signing Arsenal forward Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang on loan.
The Gabonese international recently returned back to the Gunners after “heart lesions”, having tested positive for COVID-19 upon his arrival in Cameroon for the ongoing Africa Cup of Nations.
Al-Nassr are willing to pop out a €8 million purchase fee. However, Arsenal are still mulling over the offer.
The 32-year-old frontman has been on the sidelines since 6 December 2021 and was stripped of the club captaincy after a disciplinary breach.
The club’s hierarchy are understood to be ready to part ways with their top striker after all the drama that has occurred.
