Leruma humiliate Ma-Lions, Highlands Park hit five 

Goals were the order of the day in the Gauteng ABC Motsepe League over the weekend, with Leruma United drubbing Ma-Lions 6-1, whereas Highlands Park humiliated Casric 5-0 at home. 

However, JBM are still cruising on the summit of the Gauteng Motsepe League as they continued their fine by thrashing ZK 3-0 at Alex Stadium. 

In the Eastern Cape, Peace Lovers succumbed to their first defeat of the campaign to Bush Pirates with a 3-0 scoreline in Stream B of the provincial ABC League. 

Despite the loss, the side still top of the stream with 13 points after six games, just three points ahead of second-placed Bush Pirates. 

Over to Limpopo, Ngwaabe City Motors got the better of Phinnet City 4-1 on their own turf to close up the gap in the Stream B table. 

City Motors is currently placed second with 12 points, one point adrift of stream leaders The Dolphins.
