Super League reaches its climax with goals galore 

The Hollywoodbets Super League matchday 29 produced another set of fascinating fixtures with goals galore as it reached its climax.

First Touch is also enjoying some nail-biting run of good form with a 2-1 win over Vasco Da Gama, who just survived the chop from their last previous game before this one. 

Vasco Da Gama will need to go back to the drawing board to see how they can perform better come the next 2023 campaign which will be their second season in the women’s league. 

And one of the favorites University of the Western Cape [UWC] continues showing impressive form. The Cape club defeated Golden Ladies 5-0 to maintain their second spot in the league. 

UWC has collected 65 points in 29 matches, just three points ahead of third-placed Tshwane University of Technology [TUT], who also got the better of Ma-Indies Ladies with a 2-1 scoreline.

At the other end, Bloemfontein Celtic managed to walk away victorious with a 1-0 win over Coal City Wizards. 

As things stand, Celtic find themselves in position five with 50 points from 29 outings. 

Meanwhile, the likes of the University of Johannesburg [UJ], JVW Ladies, relegated Tsunami Queens and champions Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies did not play over the weekend.
