Rivaldo Coetzee gives an update on injury
Mamelodi Sundowns Rivaldo Coetzee, who just made a recovery from a long-term injury setback, has revealed how he plans to use the FIFA World Cup break to his advantage.

The only match he has featured in was the Carling Black Label Cup final against rivals Orlando Pirates earlier this month.
RIVALDO COETZEE WORKING ON FITNESS
Therefore, during the break, Rivaldo Coetzee will be training as he looks to work on his fitness, as he has been out for a long time.
“I won’t be going home during this break period we’re having with the team. I’m going to be here in Joburg because I need to work a little bit more,” Coetzee told the club’s media department.
“I will be looking to work on strengthening mostly the area where I had surgery because there’s still work that needs to be done in order for me to be fully fit for games.”
The 26-year-old is eyeing to a spot in the Masandawana starting XI when the league resumes. However, he admitted it won’t be easy as he’s aware of the stiff competition at the club
“I understand that I have to work hard for my place in the team and to be able to get some game time. With the FIFA World Cup break underway, I hope to achieve my fitness goal. The break will give me enough time to achieve the fitness goals I have set,” Coetzee concluded.
Rivaldo Coetzee and return to work on November 28th as they start preparations to face Orlando Pirates on New Year’s Eve. Kickoff at Loftus Versfeld Stadium is scheduled at 17:30.
