AmaTuks bolster squad with former Sundowns trio

AmaTuks Ladies have strengthened their squad by signing five new players, three of which are formerly with Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies.

The University of Pretoria confirmed their recent new signings following a bad start in the Hollywoodbets Super league.

The Pretoria side is in their debut season in the Hollywoodbets Super League. And their run in the first three games of the league has not been a good one.

They started off the new campaign with two losses against Copperbelt Ladies and TS Galaxy Queens.

Their bad run currently puts them in 14th position on the log table, with one point accumulated.

After their draw with City Lads, the AmaTuks coach, Maud Khumalo, told the UP media she was pleased with getting a point. But hopes to build from that performance.

Khumalo’s troops have also shown intent for this season and announced five new signings to try to salvage their season.

The game will be televised on SABC 1.
