Chippa Mpengesi’s heartfelt plea ahead of Chiefs clash

Chippa United chairman Siviwe Mpengesi has made a heartfelt plea ahead of the DStv Premiership clash against Kaizer Chiefs.
The Chilli Boys have endured hardships in finding a consistent winning form, and they find themselves fighting relegation.
Chippa have abruptly made five coaching chances in the 2022/23 season. As a result, they’ve struggled to establish themselves as one of the competitive sides.
The Gqeberha-based side started the season with Daine Klate at the helm. Meanwhile, Morgan Mammila, Kurt Lentjies and Siyabulela Gwambi were also in charge before going out of the exit door.
Last week, Chippa reappointed Lehlohonolo Seema as their head coach to save the club from being relegated to the Motsepe Foundation Championship.
With panic of getting relegated creeping in at Chippa, chairman Mpengesi has made a heartfelt plea ahead of Chiefs’ clash on Thursday.
