Dlamini on where AmaZulu will take advantage of Sekhukhune

AmaZulu FC head coach Ayanda Dlamini has revealed where his side is hoping to cash in on when clashing against Sekhukhune United.

The two sides will meet in the DStv Premiership on Saturday, 29 April at 8:00 pm at the Moses Mabhida Stadium.

Dlamini will be in the dugout for the first time in front of the home crowd since he replaced Romain Folz on an interim basis.

Meanwhile, Usuthu’s former coach Brandon Truter will be on the opposite side. It will be his second meeting with his former employers after they played a draw in December last year.

Dlamini says knowing Truter’s style of play will grant his side a boost. He believes they will exploit that to come out victorious on Saturday.

However, he also highlighted that the Cape Town-born coach has a point to prove against AmaZulu.

“It’s gonna be difficult, he’s been here and AW gonna be motivated to come here and get results,” said Dlamini.

“But we know how he plays unless he changes. But he’s been here and at Sekhukhune, he didn’t change.

“The way he plays now at Sekhukhune is exactly how he played here. So we have to prepare for that and try to find solutions to break it down.”

‘Cobra’, as Dlamini is widely known, says, at all costs, they have to keep the maximum points at home.

“We are very, very positive, the mood is good among the boys,” he added.

“Look, it’s a must-win, otherwise we find ourselves in deep trouble.

“So, we’re playing at home, we have to really go all out to get the win.”

AmaZulu are in the 13th position and have amassed 29 points in 26 games.

After their clash against Babina Noko, they will face Mamelodi Sundowns, Golden Arrows and Orlando Pirates.
