Chiefs legend Mooki makes Zwane plea to fans
Kaizer Chiefs legend Thabo Mooki has made a plea to the Soweto giants faithful regarding the club’s head coach Arthur Zwane.
Mooki is optimistic that with a bit of patience, things could get better under his former teammate, Zwane next season.
Zwane has been under huge pressure from the Amakhosi faithful after just one season in charge.
Chiefs finished fifth in the DStv Premiership table and were eliminated in the semifinals of both the Nedbank Cup and MTN8. Their trophyless streak now stretches to eight seasons.

THABO MOOKI CALLS FOR PATIENCE
“Look, it’s also about patience. At the same time, the pressure is needed as well. So that one doesn’t have to relax, you know the fans want results.
“But they have been patient with him. We just have to see next season which new players they add to the squad that we have so that we also try and find a winning team also.”
Mooki retired in 2009 after 15 years at the club. The 48-year-old old is now a businessman in the construction Industry.
“I am busy with construction work. Ever since I retired I ventured into that space of which I am enjoying. I have not been involved in football for a very long time.”
