The 25-year-old signed a two-year deal with Babina Noko as they look to add quality for their CAF sojourn next season.

And now, they have added another highly rated midfielder Kgomotso Mosadi from Casric Stars.

Mosadi sparkled for Casric Stars as they pushed for promotion to the DStv Premiership. He was also impressive in the Nedbank Cup, catching the eye of several teams in the topflight.

FARPost can confirm that the talented attacker has penned a long term deal with Babina Noko. The 24-year-old joins them on a free transfer after his Casric Stars contract expired at the end of the season.

“Sekhukhune have been following him for quite a while. In the last transfer window, there was interest when he was still at Callies. But it never materialised,” Mosadi’s Casric teammate told FARPost.

“He had offers from TS Galaxy, Golden Arrows, Richards Bay and Sekhukhune. I think the Sekhukhune deal was irresistible.

“It’s a long-term deal so it made a lot of sense for him. The prospect of playing in the CAF Confederation Cup was also appealing for him. So, he’s settled for them.”

LENGTHY DEAL

Although the length of the deal is unclear, a seperate FARPost source said it was three years with an option of two years.

The agency that manages the former Pretoria Callies player – Cream Sports Management – could not be drawn into confirming the switch.

“He’s done extremely well in the Motsepe Foundation Championship and there definitely is interest in him. We’re obviously looking at the offers and will advise the player on the most ideal move for his career,” a Cream Sports representative told FARPost.
