Kaizer Chiefs offer Soweto Derby tickets update

The Soweto Derby is one of the most anticipated football matches in the region, and tickets for the next one are already on sale. 

It pits two of South Africa’s biggest clubs, Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates, and it is always a sell-out crowd.

The 178th official meeting has been scheduled for 11 November at FNB Stadium. The cheapest ticket is R100 for level five, while level two costs R170. 

Tickets for the famous Kaizer Chiefs Family Zone, courtesy of John Deere, are also available, with packages ranging from R350 to R550.

The Soweto Derby is a huge event, and tickets sell out quickly. Level five and level two tickets are available at TicketPro and other outlets, including Spar and Boxer Supermarkets, Sasol and Shell filling stations, and PostNet outlets.

KEY THINGS TO LOOK FOR IN THE SOWETO DERBY

Consider buying a Family Zone package. The package includes tickets to the game, drinks, water, and other amenities. This is an excellent option to have a more luxurious experience at the game.

The midfield battle: Both DStv Premiership giants Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs have strong midfield players. The Buccaneers have Miguel Timm and Thabang Monare, while Sibongiseni ‘Ox’ Mthethwa and Edson Castillo (Chiefs) can dictate terms in the middle of the park.

The attacking threat: Both teams have dangerous forwards who can score goals at any moment. Pirates have Zakhele Lepasa, while Chiefs have Ashley Du Preez.
