CLINTON LARSEN REMEMBERS FORMER ORLANDO PIRATES TEAMMATE AS A QUIET LEADER
The current Magesi FC coach, who played with Khomane between 1999–2001 at the Buccaneers, says there is no one who can say anything bad about him.
“He was such a gentle human being. Quiet leadership on the field, respected by everybody as a model professional,” he told FARPost.
“It’s such sad news that he has passed on at such a young age. Words can’t explain what it means to his ex-teammates, especially to his family that has lost a pillar of strength you know.
“So our condolences go out to his family. We hope that they stay strong during this difficult period in their lives. Papi was such a genuine Human being. I don’t think there is anybody that can say anything bad about him. That’s what a good person he was,” added Larsen.
“I experienced that personally during the two years that I spent with him at Orlando Pirates. So once again condolences to his family.”
