New Mamelodi Sundowns signing Thembinkosi Lorch has revealed what he can’t wait to experience at his new club having made a shock move to Chloorkop.
‘Nyoso’ joined the DStv Premiership champions last Friday on the PSL Transfer deadline. He was confirmed by the club as their new addition on the next day.
He was their fourth signing this window having already welcomed Matias Esquivel, Tashreeq Matthews and Zuko Mdunyelwa.
All the new signings have been spotted training with Rulani Mokwena’s troops this week as they’re getting ready for the second round of the campaign.
Lorch says he’s looking forward to reuniting with players he has teamed up at Bafana before.

“It will be good to meet up again with Themba Zwane, Toboho Mokoena, Ronwen Williams and many others from Bafana Bafana,” he told The Mamelodi Sundowns Magazine.
“I look forward to working with them and contributing to the success of the team here at Sundowns.”
The 30-year-old promised to give his maximum effort when he dons the Brazilians’ shirt. He’s hoping to help the club win trophies.
LORCH’S MESSAGE TO THE YELLOW NATION
“I promise them that they are going to enjoy my football,” he added. “I will do my best for us to win more and add to what the team has already achieved this season and the previous ones.
“Your support means everything and I am committed to giving my all for the team and our loyal Sandawana supporters.”
Lorch might make his debut when Sundowns travel to Golden Arrows on 14 February for the league match. Meanwhile, three days later, he would have to face his former team Orlando Pirates in another league clash at Loftus Versfeld Stadium.
Sundowns have accumulated 38 points after 14 games and are at the summit of the table.
