Tshepo Motsoeneng on course to guide another team to ABC Motsepe National Playoffs
Well-travelled mentor Tshepo Motsoeneng is on course to guide another ABC Motsepe League side to the National Playoffs having secured a spot in the provincial playoffs at the weekend.
The SA football third tier is Motsoeneng’s familiar territory, having helped Bizana Pondo Chiefs gain promotion to the National First Division in 2020 after winning the National Playoffs.
Motsoeneng also coached teams such as Buffalo City Municipal Stars, Sinenkani FC, and Zizwe United, to mention a few, in the National Playoffs.
The SAFA KwaZulu-Natal ABC Motsepe League side Njampela FC were crowned Stream A winners under the tutelage of coach Motsoeneng. This comes after the club thrashed Asande FC with a 3-0 scoreline at home on Saturday.
Njampela finished as Stream A leaders after amassing 38 points from 16 games, which confirmed their place in the KZN ABC Motsepe League provincial playoffs.
Njampela will take on Stream B winners UMsinga United in the provincial playoffs. UMsinga topped Stream B with 43 points after 18 games.
The provincial playoffs winner will represent KZN at the national playoffs.
