Sead Ramovic declares Kaizer Chiefs ‘most beautiful club in SA’

TS Galaxy coach Sead Ramovic has acknowledged the allure of Kaizer Chiefs, calling them “the most beautiful club in SA” when responding to recent rumours linking him with a move to Naturena.

Ramovic’s name has been circulating as a potential candidate for the vacant Chiefs coaching position.
Amakhosi are searching for their next mentor to replace Molefi Ntseki, who was sacked earlier in the season.

Cavin Johnson has performed dismally as interim coach, and the club is seemingly eager to close that chapter. Under Johnson, Chiefs have slipped to eighth place and are desperately trying to secure a top-eight finish.

They play relegated Cape Town Spurs in their last game of the season on Saturday in the Mother City. On the other hand, Ramovic has taken The Rockets to fourth place, having been in the relegation zone earlier in the season.

WHY SEAD RAMOVIC THINKS KAIZER CHIEFS ARE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SA CLUB?

In a statement filled with unwavering loyalty to his current team, Ramovic told MSW that his heart and focus remain firmly with TS Galaxy.

“I am the coach for this beautiful club, TS Galaxy. I have a contract, and I am very happy to be here,” Ramovic declared, emphasising his commitment to the team where he has found success and joy. He acknowledged the allure of Amakhosi, calling them “probably the most beautiful club in South Africa [SA],” but reiterated that his current happiness with TS Galaxy remains unchanged.

Possibly, the former VfL Wolfsburg goalkeeper could be referring to the club’s massive following and yesteryear success.

When questioned about the origins of the rumours, Ramovic speculated that the recent stellar performance of his team might have fuelled the speculation. However, he swiftly dismissed any distractions, emphasising the importance of focusing on the present and continuing to elevate TS Galaxy.

“I know I just have to focus on our club to improve more. Everything else is just the future because right now the present is the important thing,” he stated. Ramovic expressed immense pride in his team’s hard work, highlighting the collective effort of the coaching staff and players that has led to their recognition and success.

WHAT IS RAMOVIC’S AMBITIOUS GOAL?

Looking ahead, Ramovic shared his ambitious goal of winning a league title, expressing that achieving this with TS Galaxy would be the “most beautiful thing.” His unwavering dedication to his current club and his determination to continue their upward trajectory shine through in his words, leaving no room for doubt about his commitment to the Tim Sukazi-owned club.

With a challenging game on the horizon, Ramovic concluded his statement by rallying his team and staff, channelling their energy towards achieving their goals. They take on resurgent Polokwane City who are also eyeing a top eight place.
