WILL BAROKA FC TURN THEIR FORTUNES AROUND IN THE HIGHLY CONTESTED PSL PROMOTION PLAYOFFS?

After the match, Malesela made an admission that the club has now put themselves under pressure with three matches to go.

“Now we are so under pressure that we have to work towards winning all our matches because you never know what’s going to happen,” he was quoted by SABC Sports.

“I hate this thing of waiting and seeing what other people do. Yes, it’s part of the game, waiting to see what other people are doing elsewhere. Instead of doing the job ourselves.

“Now you’re saying, ‘Ay, three matches – nine points because there’s only one team that’s going to get promoted here. If you don’t get that, you are done; you are finished,” he said.

Baroka’s next match will be at home to Richards Bay FC on Saturday before they host AmaTuks on Wednesday, 12 June. They will wrap up the playoffs away to Richards Bay FC on Wednesday, 19 June.
