SuperSport United closing in on the signing of Keagan Dolly
SuperSport United are closing in on the signing of Keagan Dolly ahead of the 2024/25 DStv Premiership season.
Dolly is on his way out of Kaizer Chiefs following the expiry of his contract on the 30th of June 2024. Amakhosi opted against renewing Dolly’s contract as they take a new direction under the guidance of the incoming head coach Nasreddine Nabi.
The experienced winger was troubled by injuries at Chiefs which saw him sidelined for the most his time at the club. Dolly signed with Kaizer Chiefs in 2021 on a free transfer after parting ways with the French side Montpellier.
In his three seasons at Chiefs, the talented midfielder made 67 appearances. He scored 14 goals and provided 11 assists.
The 31-year-old attacker made only eight appearances across all competitions in the previous season and contributed only one assist.
Dolly gained prominence in 2014 with Ajax Cape Town [now known as Cape Town Spurs] before moving to Mamelodi Sundowns in 2015.
