Former Chiefs defender Moleko is hoping to get back to action after being unattached for 12 months following his departure from Maritzburg United at the end of the 2022/23 campaign.

Just after signing for the Team of Choice, the 34-year-old defender Moleko suffered a leg break that prevented him from making any appearances for the club.

Mahlatsi, another former Chiefs player, was with Chippa United in the second half of the 2023/24 season. Despite battling injuries, he managed 11 appearances in a space of four months.

However, Chippa opted not to activate the one-year option on his contract, leaving the 25-year-old attacking midfielder searching for a new club ahead of the upcoming 2024/25 campaign.

Meanwhile, Lukhubeni is understandably still in the books of Mamelodi Sundowns and has previously had five loan spells – Tshakuma Tsha Madzivhandila, Sekhukhune United, Maritzburg United, Moroka Swallows and Cape Town Spurs.

Gymah, who was one of Sekhukhune United’s departures this window, is also hoping to secure a new home. Former Orlando Pirates centre-back last kicked the ball when Babina Noko beat SuperSport United on 12 November 2023.
