Former Bafana, Crystal Palace star Dikgacoi lands new coaching job
Former Bafana Bafana and Crystal Palace midfielder Kagisho Dikgacoi has secured a new coaching role ahead of the new season.
The ex-English Premier League [EPL] star Dikgacoi was in charge of ABC Motsepe League side Mangaung Unite in the Free State province last season.
He helped the club secure a spot in the SAFA national playoffs, which were held in Upington in July. However, the club failed to gain promotion to the Motsepe Foundation Championship.
The 39-year-old has now been confirmed as a co-coach of Mpumalanga-based ABC Motsepe League side Phezulu FC. They took to their social media pages this past weekend to announce his arrival.

Dikgacoi has been involved in coaching since his retirement in 2018. It was reported earlier this year that Dikgacoi plans to establish a Kagisho Dikgacoi Academy of Excellence in the Free State.
The academy, which will be based in Bloemfontein, will consist of U-10, U-13, U-15, and U-17 teams. Dikgacoi recently acquired the CAF D and English FA Scouting Licenses.
