Sekhukhune United rope in former Chiefs techical team member
Sekhukhune United have roped in former Kaizer Chiefs technical team member Sinesipho Mali for the 204/25 Betway Premiership season.
‘Babina Noko’ have embarked on dramatic chances in their coaching department which saw them bring back Kaitano Tembo and Lehlohonolo Seema for the new campaign.
Two months ago, Sekhukhune announced the appointment of Peter Hyballa as their new head coach. However, the German-born mentor was fired before the start of the season.
Following the departure of Hyballa, the Limpopo-based side recalled Seema to take over the head coaching role while Tembo assumed the assistant coach position.
Seema, the former Orlando Pirates captain, parted ways with Sekhukhune a few months before the end of last season. Seema returned to the club after both parties seemingly ironed out their issues.
Meanwhile, Sekhukhune have already suffered a setback this season after crashing out of the MTN8 quarter-final with a 1-0 defeat to Cape Town City FC.
