Stellies has a strong track record of nurturing talent that subsequently goes on for greener pastures both locally and internationally.

Noteworthy examples include Olwethu Makhanya, who joined Philadelphia Union last year, and Antonio Van Wyk, who recently signed with Austrian club SV Ried after an impressive stint with the Western Cape team.

In addition, several exceptional players such as Ashley Du Preez, Sibongiseni Mthethwa, Deano Van Rooyen, Zitha Kwinika, and Iqraam Rayners went on to sign with so-called big clubs in Gauteng.

Jurgens asserts that Stellenbosch provides the ideal setting for young talents to thrive, highlighting the club’s excellent facilities and dedicated personnel committed to the development of its youth.
