Stellenbosch confirm Van Wyk move to Austrian side
Betway Premiership side Stellenbosch FC have confirmed the transfer of Antonio van Wyk to Austrian club SV Ried.
Van Wyk has been at ‘Stellies’ since the 2020/21 season after graduating from the club’s development structures.
He helped the club win the DStv Diski Challenge [DDC] and Premier League Next Generation Cup titles in 2022. It led to the midfielder being promoted to the senior team by coach Steve Barker.
The 22-year-old has grown to be one of the key players for the club in the past two seasons.
