“You know I don’t like to speak about individual players but he [Moleleki] is a talented player and that’s why he’s in the squad,” Riveiro told the media.

“He proved it last season with the numbers he produced with the previous team. So that’s why he’s involved, he’s doing well in training. He’s working hard, that’s why he’s frequently in our 20 [men squad].

“So we understood that it was a good moment for him to come in and contribute, to show his capacity to play between the lines, play forward, turn quickly, and be aggressive close to the box.

“We didn’t find him as much as I would like because we were chasing the goal and we were not that positional in the last minutes of the match. But I’m sure he’s a player who will help us like every other player in the squad.”

Moleleki joined Pirates alongside, Deano Van Rooyen, Gilberto, Selaelo Rasebotja, Bayanda Thabethe, and Thalente Mbatha who spent the second round of last season on loan at Pirates from SuperSport United.
