Kruger United coach Vusi Mkhatshwa resigns
Motsepe Foundation Championship side Kruger United have announced the resignation of Head coach Vusi Mkhatshwa.
The newbies have had mixed results since their promotion from the SAFA ABC Motsepe League. They have only collected four points out of a possible 15 under Mkhatshwa.
The club recently signed former Mamelodi Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs midfielder George Maluleka. They also have Lehlohonolo Nonyane and Tshediso Patjie in their team.

Speaking to FARPost last week, Mkhatshwa felt that the team still needed more experience on how they approach the games.
“We are still lacking a little bit of experience. Maybe playing away, you need a little bit of experience in terms of how you approach the games. But we have approached the games very well. It’s just that we were unlucky not to score,” he said.

On Monday, the club announced that they have parted ways with Mkhatshwa after the 3-1 loss to Milford FC.
“Kruger United FC would like to announce the resignation of our head coach, Mr Vusi Mkhatshwa, with immediate effect,” the club said.
“Mr Vusi Mkhatshwa has played a pivotal role in the promotion of Kruger United FC from the ABC Motsepe league 2023/24 season, gaining promotion to the Motsepe Foundation Championships currently.
“The 58-year-old coach who reigns from Hazyview in Bushbuckridge has brought a wealth of experience to the team. The qualified coach, who possesses a CAF B License, has held coaching positions in the following clubs to mention a few Witbank Spurs FC, Mbombela United FC and NFD division side TS Galaxy FC 2018/19 season.”
