Pirates duo likely to return to action ahead of SuperSport tie
Orlando Pirates have given a positive injury update on their two players who could return for the Betway Premiership tie against SuperSport United on Tuesday night.
Both sides come into this encounter having suffered defeats over the weekend in the Carling Knockout Cup Round of 16.
Pirates suffered their major upset of the season with a 3-2 loss to Magesi FC at Orlando Stadium, while SuperSport were crushed by Kaizer Chiefs at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium.
This is the second of three matches in a span of seven days for the Soweto Giants, as they look to get back to winning ways against Matsatsantsa.
Pirates will attempt to figure out how to manage their busy schedule, leading to a high-pressure showdown for three important points.
