Sundowns star Terrence Mashego launches own skincare line
Mamelodi Sundowns left-back Terrence Mashego has added a new chapter to his story with the launch of his own skincare line, Euni Beauty.
The 28-year-old PSL footballer, alongside his business partner, Grace Makhanya, has launched a skincare range that caters to both men and women, offering a variety of products, including lotions, body oils and shower gels.
This innovative move positions Mashego as the first professional athlete in South Africa to enter the skincare market.
“As a footballer, I’m always thinking ahead. I saw a unique opportunity in the skincare market – a gap that needed filling,” Mashego told FARPost.
“Being the first professional athlete in South Africa to launch a skincare range was exciting. It’s a product we all use daily, so the potential is huge. The positive response from my teammates and the growing online community has been incredible.”
Euni Beauty prioritises natural ingredients like jojoba, grapeseed, sunflower and glycerine, offering accessible skincare solutions. Their initial range focuses on hyperpigmentation and anti-ageing, while the luxury line targets eczema and scars, catering to diverse skincare needs.

“I’ve always been passionate about skincare. When I realised there was a need for a high-quality, accessible range, I knew I had to act. Launching my own brand was a natural step. I’m proud to offer products that I believe in and use myself. The support from my teammates and customers has been overwhelming, and it’s inspiring to see the brand grow,” he added.
Mashego’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his approach to Euni Beauty. “I’ve always been an entrepreneur at heart,” he declared
“When I saw the potential in the skincare market, I took the leap. It wasn’t just about creating a product; it was about building a brand. The journey has been challenging but incredibly rewarding. Born in Mamelodi, Mashego’s professional journey started with Mthatha Bucks before he transferred to TS Galaxy. He then had a stint with Cape Town City FC before joining Sundowns.
Beyond his football career, Mashego is also pursuing a law degree at a South African university, demonstrating his commitment to academic excellence and future endeavours.
