Percy Tau bids emotional farewell to Al Ahly

Bafana Bafana forward Percy Tau has penned down an emotional farewell message to Egyptian giants Al Ahly following his departure from the club.

Tau recently completed a move to Qatar Stars League side Qatar SC from Ahly, where he spent four years. He reportedly joined the Qatar club on a six-month deal.

But Qatar SC only announced Tau’s arrival on Monday evening via their social media platforms in a video.

The 30-year-old had a successful stint at the African football giants, which includes two CAF Champions League titles during his time in Egypt.

In an official statement issued on Tuesday, Tau described his stay at Al Ahly as ‘unforgettable’.
