AmaZulu confirms two more loan moves
AmaZulu FC have officially confirmed the two more loan transfers of their players, to D’General FC and Durban City.
The KZN club has been chopping and changing their squad as they seek to assemble a mean machine for the second of the season.
As such, they have signed striker Elmo Kambindu from Chippa United, who was their third January signing.
Prior to Kambindu’s arrival, they signed stars, Bongani Zungu and Sandile Mthethwa.
On the other hand, they loaned Olwethu Mzimela and Siyanda Hlangabeza to Motsepe Foundation side, Durban City.
The duo were sent to Durban City with the hope that they will get more game time at the ambitious club.
Durban City are currently enjoying a purple patch in the second tier league as they target promotion to the Betway Premiership season.
AMAZULU FC LOAN OUT NDLOVU AND MAJOLA TO D’GENERAL FC AND DURBAN CITY FC
In addition, they have confirmed the departure of Senzo Ndlovu to Durban City FC on a six-month loan.
Siphephelo Majola has also been loaned to D’General FC until the end of the 2024/25 season. D’General Football Club compete in the ABC Motsepe League.
“Siphephelo Majola has joined D’General Football Club on loan until the end of the season.
“Senzo Ndlovu has joined Durban City FC on a six-month loan until the end of the season. We wish both players successful loan stints,” the club said.
AmaZulu also loaned striker Sede Junior Dion and defender Yanga Mjoli to Marumo Gallants for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.
Meanwhile, Usuthu are still trying to find their rythm under co-coaches Arthur Zwane and Vusumuzi Vilakazi.
At the moment, they are recovering from the heavy defeat suffered at the hands of Stellenbosch FC on Thursday.
They lost 5-0 and did not move on Betway Premiership table as they remained ninth following their defeat.
