SUNRISE FC WANTS TO DOMINATE THE LIMPOPO ABC MOTSEPE LEAGUE

Sunrise have made their ambitions for a promotion clear to the PSL in the NFD since the beginning of the season.

The club, coached by former Mamelodi Sundowns defender Punch Masenemela, is currently third on the ABC Motsepe League stream B. They are 10 points behind leaders, The Dolphins having played three games less.

“We didn’t do badly in the first round of the league, and now we are looking to bolster the squad to make sure that we achieve our objective,” added Legodi.

The Limpopo ABC Motsepe League is one of the most highly contested in the country. Last year, the provincial league was won by Mpheni Defenders, who unfortunately could not get promoted during the national play-offs.
