JDR Stars sign FC Sivutsa’s longest-serving captain
Motsepe Foundation Championship side JDR Stars have acquired the services of FC Sivutsa NPC’s longest-serving captain, Abram Nkadimeng.
‘Tower’, as he is affectionately known, has been the captain of the SAFA Mpumalanga ABC Motsepe League side for the past eight years.
Nkadimeng, who plays as a centre-back, led the side with the aplomb of a veteran throughout the years, helping the team challenge for the league title in their quest to gain promotion to the second-tier of SA football.
He leaves Sivutsa in second position in the Mpumalanga ABC Motsepe League with 34 points after 16 matches. In those 16 games, they managed to register 10 wins, four draws, and lose one in the process.
To add to that, Sivutsa are just one point behind log leaders Middelburg United, with one game in hand.
