Nedbank Cup Last 16: Confirmed dates, venues, and kick-off times
The PSL has announced the dates, venues, and kick-off times for Nedbank Cup round of 16 matches scheduled for 12-16 February 2025.
All but one match of the Nedbank Cup Round of 32 have been completed, with the remaining fixture, Royal AM vs. Milford FC, postponed due to the PSL’s suspension of Thwihli Thwahla matches. The other Round of 32 games were played between January 24th and 29th.
The draw for the Nedbank Cup Round of 16 precluded the possibility of any fixtures between the traditional big three clubs in the PSL – Kaizer Chiefs, Orlando Pirates and Mamelodi Sundowns.
SuperSport United will kick things off against the Motsepe Foundation Championship outfit Cape Town Spurs on Wednesday, 12 February 2025, at Lucas Moripe Stadium at 7 PM.
Stellenbosch FC will host Polokwane City at Danie Craven Stadium on Thursday, 13 February at 7 PM in the Cape Winelands. The following day, Friday, 14 February, Durban City will face off against TS Galaxy at Chatsworth Stadium, also at 7 PM.
THREE MATCHES SCHEDULED FOR SATURDAY
The Last 16 will continue on Saturday, 15 February with three matches taking place. Two games will kick off at 3 PM: Orlando Pirates vs. Baroka FC at Orlando Stadium, and Marumo Gallants vs. AmaZulu FC at Dr. Molemela Stadium.
The day will then conclude with Kaizer Chiefs hosting Chippa United at FNB Stadium at 6 PM.
Meanwhile, Royal AM/Milford vs Sekhukhune United would have also taken place on Saturday. However, it remains to be seen what the future holds.
Loftus Versfeld Stadium will host the final match on Sunday, 16 February at 15:00, featuring Mamelodi Sundowns and Mpheni Home Defenders.
TICKETS TO SELL AT R40 EACH
According to the statement, tickets for all fixtures will be available for purchase at Ticketpro outlets nationwide, priced at R40 per ticket.
