5 wins & 5 draws in 10 matches: The reason behind TS Galaxy’s good form

TS Galaxy starlet Puso Dithejane has revealed the reason behind the team’s good form after five wins and five draws in their last 10 matches in all competitions.

Galaxy had a slow start under then-coach Sead Ramovic, registering one victory in nine matches in all competitions. Other results were two draws and six defeats.

After the resignation of Ramovic in November 2024, The Rockets have been a different side under coach Adnan Beganovic. The 41-year-old has been in charge of 10 matches so far in all competitions, and he’s yet to taste defeat.

When Beganovic took over the reins at the Mbombela-based side, Galaxy were in the relegation zone. Now, the team is 10th on the Betway Premiership log standings with 19 points and is in the Last 16 of the Nedbank Cup.

Under the guidance of the Bosnia-Herzegovina mentor, the team has been scoring a lot of goals and they are solid at the back. Galaxy have racked up 19 goals and let in five goals.

PUSO DITHEJANE SAYS GALAXY’S GOOD FORM IS BECAUSE OF ADNAN BEGANOVIC’S TACTICS

The 20-year-old says Galaxy are performing well and grinding results because of the tactics that are used by coach Beganovic at training and during matches.

“They are a united team [coaches]; they bring togetherness and love in the team. There is a change of mindset and mentality in the team, and the team is doing well,” Dithejane told FARPost.

“I think it’s the tactics that coach Adnan uses at training and during matches. That has played a part in the team’s success. We’re scoring more goals than before, and at the back, we’re not conceding many goals like before.

“It has brought in a new mood in the team; competition is now big, and players are experiencing new things.”
