ANDRE ARENDE BLAMES MISUNDERSTANDING AS HIS BOSS IS SHOWN MARCHING ORDERS
Assistant coach Andre Arendse, who took charge for the rest of the match, explained why the 60-year-old was shown his marching orders.
“The whole red card was missing in translation. He was talking to his own players on the bench, and the officials took it the wrong way,” said Arendse.
“It was very unfortunate and it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. It is what it is, and that’s what happened.”
