Marumo Gallants head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou has addressed the future of the in-form winger Daniel Msendami at the club.

The 24-year-old joined the Bloemfontein-based club in July 2024 from Botswana giants Jwaneng Galaxy on a two-year deal.

So far, the Zimbabwean international has featured in 31 games across all competitions for Bahlabane ba Ntwa, scoring three goals and weighing in with three assists.

Msendami was on the scoresheet when Gallants defeated Kaizer Chiefs 2-1 in their Betway Premiership clash at the FNB Stadium on Saturday afternoon. His stellar displays earned him the Man of the Match award.

The talented winger has been linked with a potential move to Orlando Pirates following his impressive performances at Gallants.

WHAT MARUMO GALLANTS COACH SAID ABOUT DANIEL MSENDAMI’S FUTURE

The Gallants coach revealed that they will have to sit down with the club’s chairman Abram Sello to discuss a way forward regarding Msendami’s future and other players.

“Well, not only him. I think we have some interesting players in our team,” said Gallants’ coach after their match against Chiefs.

“So, in that regard, we will sit down with the chairman to discuss players’ movements and maybe the future of how we can build a strong team, because Bloemfontein deserves to have a strong team.

“Sometimes we discuss things with the chairman. He always tells me how he feels about the team because it is important for me as a coach. There are some coaches who will say you have nothing to tell because you don’t know anything about football.”

The coach added: “But we have to be humble and listen; then, after that, you take what you need. The chairman has a very good vision because, from the beginning, he told me that he wants me to play like Golden Arrows, very high. I told him that’s exactly what we want to do. So, he was happy.”
