Cyprus-based winger Luther Singh recorded his 13th assist for AEL Limassol this season, in another low-key weekend for SA stars abroad.

Former Kaizer Chiefs centre-back Siyabonga Ngezana put up a masterclass in Romania as FCSB beat Rapid Bucureศ™ti on Sunday night at the Giuleศ™ti Stadium. They won 2-1.

In Algeria, Khanyisa Mayo played 74 minutes on Saturday as CR Belouizdad edged ES Mostaganem 3-2. The match was played at the Stade Nelson Mandela. In addition, Mayo has scored four goals in 21 games for the 2024/25 Algerian Ligue 1 title contenders.

Olwethu Makhanya was a second-half substitute as he played nine minutes in the 3-0 victory. They have now collected 19 points in 10 matches. In addition, they are third on the log table.
