Orlando Pirates will take on AmaZulu FC in a Betway Premiership encounter without a key midfielder this weekend in Durban.
The Soweto giants will battle it out with Usuthu at the Moses Mabhida Stadium on Saturday, 24 May 2025, with three points at stake. The match will start at 15:00.
Pirates will be gunning for a second consecutive win under the leadership of interim coach Mandla Ncikazi, who secured his first league victory [1-0] against SuperSport United this past Tuesday at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane. Ncikazi is in charge following Jose Riveiro’s departure at Bucs.
In his first match as Pirates caretaker coach, Ncikazi played a 1-1 draw with TS Galaxy at Orlando Stadium last weekend.
Currently, the Sea Robbers are in second position on the log standings with 59 points after 26 matches, while the Arthur Zwane-coached outfit is placed sixth on the table with 34 points from 27 games.
