Betway Premiership side AmaZulu FC has announced a significant squad overhaul, releasing 16 players, including experienced figures like Ramahlwe Mphahlele and Wayde Jooste.
AmaZulu confirmed on Friday night that the 16 departing players are those whose contracts will not be renewed when they expire at the end of June.

Despite the mass exodus, AmaZulu stated that they are actively building a strong squad for the upcoming season and will announce new recruits in due course.
