With Romanian giants FCSB having shown interest in the highly-rated TS Galaxy defender Khulumani Ndamane, here’s the latest on the player’s potential move.
FARPost reported two weeks ago that FCSB have set their sights on Ndamane after they were impressed by his breakout season with the Rockets.
After leaving Kaizer Chiefs’ DStv Diski Challenge [DDC] side at the end of the 2023/24 season, Ndamane made a seamless transition to the Betway Premiership with an impressive 27 appearances across all competitions in the 2024/25 campaign.
As a regular centre-back, he formed a strong defensive partnership with players such as McBerth Mahlangu, Mlungisi Mbunjana, and Samukelo Kabini before the latter’s transfer to Molde FK in March.
FCSB, the current club of Bafana Bafana defender Siyabonga Ngezana, enquired about Ndamane with the player’s camp.
TS GALAXY & FCSB IN TALKS OVER NDAMANE
According to FARPost sources, the club-to-club negotiations are ongoing now with TS Galaxy signalling their willingness to sell the player.
During the second round of last season, Ndamane’s strong performances were recognised with a Bafana Bafana call-up for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Benin.

Despite this notable achievement, the left-footed centre-back was subsequently pulled from the squad because of passport complications, preventing his potential international debut.
However, Ndamane soon got another chance to impress, joining the Bafana Bafana squad for their recent international friendly matches against Tanzania and Mozambique in Polokwane.
He made a truly memorable Bafana debut against the Taifa Stars on 6 June, playing the full 90 minutes and earning the Man of the Match award for his stellar performance.
Adding to the growing interest in his services, Ndamane was also said to be on the radar of the reigning Betway Premiership champions Mamelodi Sundowns.
The Brazilians recently parted ways with centre-back left Lucas Suarez, who has now returned to his parent club, CA Talleres. He had spent the last six months on loan with Masandawana before his recent exit.
Furthermore, it’s understood that Soweto giants Orlando Pirates also made an enquiry about the talented KwaZulu-Natal-born centre-back, with no follow-up made thereafter.
